I am an extremely satisfied owner of a 8,000 square foot home built in Southampton Village by Rosewood Developers in 2016. The quality of this build is beyond impeccable even after 5 full years. The integrity of Tony Porco the owner of Rosewood Developers has proven to be beyond reproach. He continues to be attentive and helpful at a moments notice in regard to any questions I may have. In my opinion our house is esthetically beautiful and what is “behind the walls” is clearly built to the highest standards. I believe I would be doing any prospective buyer a favor to recommend Rosewood Developers and Tony Porco.
